Starting The New Year With A Plan

As we approach the end of 2017, we make declarations of changes we’ll make to better ourselves in 2018. Whether we stick to them or not is a different matter. We reflect on the past year, ourselves and relationships in the hope to improve them and our lives in the future.

2017 Review

new year 2018

So, let’s take a look at 2017 as it’s certainly been my busiest. I launched a whole bunch of new greeting cards as well as new tea towels, badges/magnets/mirrors, prints and my personal favourite, enamel pins! My blog has seen it’s most visits, in particular the ‘what to write in a card’ series (Raksha Bandhan, Diwali and Father’s Day) and Diwali free colouring page for kids. I’ll be updating the what to write series throughout the year so they’re up-to-date.

If you read
my post last year, you will know i don’t make resolutions, more so plans, or at least I’d like to think I’m going to be prepared for the year ahead. I feel I achieved everything I planned if not more and am happy with how my business has progressed.

Plans for 2018

new year 2018

Of course there will be a tonne of new greeting cards for each new occasion this year. I want to also launch new mugs, ideally in time for Valentine’s Day so let me know your suggestions below.

2018 will also bring some fresh coasters designs too – again, let me know which ones I should get printed below! PS I still have a few left at
25% off. I’m most excited for Diwali as I’ve had some ideas I can’t wait to start working on and share

I also want to say a big THANK YOU to all of you who have supported my little business. If you’re following me on social media, or have sent me messages or purchased something, it helps keep my little business going. I have certainly made so many new friends online and found a tonne of new creatives that inspire me and whose work I love. If you’d like to see something different, or have any suggestions, do let me know, I’m always open to ideas. This will be my last post until 2018 so i wish you all a wonderful Christmas and awesome New Year.
