I’ve made a mistake, can I change or cancel my order?
If you would make changes or cancel an order, please contact me via email to hello@theplayfulindian.com asap! As long as your order hasn’t been processed and posted, i can change it. 
My order is incorrect
We all make mistakes, i’m no exception and i’m only human. Sometimes mistakes happen and if it does, i will do my best do rectify it. 


Where do you ship?
I ship worldwide so whatever country you’re in, you’re able to get Playful Indian goodies directly to you. 
How long will delivery take?
Well, that will depends where you are. UK orders usually take around 1-3 working days. International orders around 10-14 working days. Please also check the Delivery information page.
Please note: Order as posted on a Monday and Thursday only.
Why is the postage expensive?
Postage cost includes the cost of envelopes/boxes/wrapping supplied; not just the cost of sending. Postage is calculated based on your location. To check the postage and packaging costs of an order, place items in the shopping basket, quantity and address and the site will calculate the charge. Items are NOT tracked unless requested and may incur extra fees. 
My order hasn’t arrived, what should i do?
All UK orders are posted First Class via Royal Mail so the majority *should* arrive next day. If you don’t receive your order within 5 days, please get in touch so i can investigate. International orders are sent standard international, if it’s not with you within 21 working days let me know and i’ll investigate.


Can you write a card on my behalf?
Yes, I can write your card for you if you need it sending directly to the recipient. Just let me know in your order notes. 
Can I personalise a card?
No, personalising a card isn’t an option, not yet anyway. All greeting cards are printing by a professional greeting card printer therefore unable to be personalised. 
Can I customise products?
Some products may be customisable, please email me before placing your order with what you would like customised. There may be extra charge for this.
