Orders are posted on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All orders are posted Second Class via Royal Mail or Royal Mail Standard International unless you have paid for a shipping upgrade of a tracked service. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Please take into consideration processing times of individual products when ordering to ensure your item(s) arrive in time. If you need an order urgently, get in touch and i’m sure we can work something out.
Delays can happen so if you haven’t received your order within the time frame above, please contact me via email hello @ theplayfulindian.com with your order number so i can investigate this further.
Returns / Refunds Information
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you’re not happy with your item, or if it arrives damaged or faulty. Returns/refunds will only be accepted if this is agreed prior to returning items.
Unwanted items will need to be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery after agreement. A 10% charge will be deducted from your refund to allow for restocking costs for unwanted products. In the event that the goods are returned in a non re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund.
For damaged or faulty items, please provide up to 3 photographs to show defect or damage with the item.
Personalised items or digital downloads are non-refundable cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt.
