Shipping Information
I work part time so i am no longer in the office daily therefore orders will not always be posted everyday or necessarily on the same day. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. I will always try my best to get orders out asap but please drop me a message before ordering if you need it for a specific date so i can see if i will be able to accommodate it.

Delays can happen so if you haven’t received your order within the time frame above, please contact me via email hello @ theplayfulindian.com with your order number so i can investigate this further.
Returns / Refunds Information
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you’re not happy with your item, or if it arrives damaged or faulty. Returns/refunds will only be accepted if this is agreed prior to returning items.
Unwanted items will need to be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery after agreement. A 10% charge will be deducted from your refund to allow for restocking costs for unwanted products. In the event that the goods are returned in a non re-saleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund.
For damaged or faulty items, please provide up to 3 photographs to show defect or damage with the item.
Personalised items or digital downloads are non-refundable cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items, as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt.
