Orders are posted on a Monday and Thursday. All orders are posted first class or Standard International via Royal Mail (unless international orders weigh over 2kg). You will receive an email once your order has been posted so you should know when to expect it – see delivery schedule below.

Please take into consideration processing times of individual products when ordering to ensure your item(s) arrive in time. If you need an order urgently, get in touch and i’m sure we can work something out.
Delays can happen so if you haven’t received your order within the time frame above, please contact me via email (email@example.com) with your order number so i can investigate this further.
If you’re not happy with your item, or if it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me straight away. For damaged or faulty items, please provide up to 3 photographs to show what is wrong with the item.
Items may be asked to be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 7 days. Refunds will only be given once i have received the item back in its original condition. Personalised items or digital downloads are non-refundable cannot be returned.
